I just got a submission about tumblr giving away apple products. I just want to let you guys know that tumblr offices will NEVER give away anything. Tumblr is a free service as-is, so there are no benefits like such. No ipods, ipads, iphones, starbucks cards, no nothing like that. It’s all SPAM. Don’t click any links you see in those posts. If you get a pop up about “underage content” and needing to sign in again to confirm your age, don’t do it. You’re going to get hacked so the spam can get posted from your account and attack other people. If something is credited to the staff blog, MAKE SURE IT’S ACTUALLY POSTED ON THE STAFF BLOG. Click the source link. Maybe sift through a few of the notes (I do that to see what other people are saying). Just don’t click anything or give your login info to anything other than “http(s)://www.tumblr.com/login”
